About Claudia

My journey

I’ve been practising somatic yoga for around 12 years. What began as a fun way to support my brother when he became a yoga teacher gradually became a much deeper part of my own life.

At first, I was drawn to the physical benefits of yoga. Over time, I discovered that the practice could offer much more — helping me become more aware of my body, my emotions and the way I respond to the world around me.

Learning to listen

Somatic practice taught me to slow down and listen to my body rather than simply pushing it.

I began to notice where I held tension, how emotions affected the way I felt physically, and how much could change when I approached movement with curiosity rather than force.

Mindfulness and breathwork have deepened this awareness, helping me become more present and better able to understand my emotions rather than simply reacting to them.

For me, this has been one of the most valuable parts of the journey.

Why I share this work

I believe we can all benefit from taking time to pause, breathe and reconnect with ourselves.

Yoga doesn't have to be about perfect poses or being particularly flexible. It can simply be a way of becoming more comfortable in your own body and more aware of what is happening within you.

My aim is to create a calm, welcoming and non-judgemental space where you can explore this for yourself, at your own pace.

Whether you are looking to move more freely, release tension, manage stress or simply create some quiet space in your life, you are welcome to begin exactly where you are.

A little more about my approach

My sessions bring together somatic yoga, gentle movement, breathwork and mindfulness.

I focus on how movement feels rather than how it looks, encouraging you to develop your own awareness and understanding of your body.

For me, it's about moving from simply being in your body to truly listening to it.
